During the pellet maker machine debugging, a lot of customers find it can normal discharge, however, various situations would happen when operate personally. The common problem is granule discharging unstably.
Why is Pellet Maker Machine No Longer Discharging
1. Mold of new machine need to be adjusted, so it need to add fat containing feed to fit (5 kg of feed, 1.5 kg with fine sand, 2 kg oil without water), normally, granule water should be controlled between 4-6%, adjust the clearance between the roller and mold to about 1 mm, then Fix and tighten. If the mold blocked, you will need to use hand electric drill through feeding again.
2. Check the blade and filter screen. The gap between blade and filter screen must be appropriate.
3. Motor of pellet maker machine inversion. Motor reversal is dangerous. Be careful operation
4. Discharging unstably, this is related to the mold of the aging degree.
